COLOR RUN 2014

Hey guys!

Today I'll be writing about Colour Run, the "Happiest 5km" you'll ever experience!
Firstly, a little bit more about the Colour Run, in case you are unaware of what it is. It was first founded in March 2011 as an event to promote health and happiness by bringing the community together to participate in the "Happiest 5k on the Planet".The Color Run is a five-kilometer, un-timed race in which thousands of participants, or “Color Runners”, are dousedfrom head to toe in different colors at each kilometer! So they gave us a white shirt a week before the race to wear so that the colours can be seen!

We walked to a huge event village filled with an abundance of booths to buy merchandise/take pictures (and we were even able to get them printed on the spot!) I bought a tank top and a tutu and we also got this free "limited edition" New Balance bandanas for taking pictures with the 3D art!

We had a pre-race party and it was insane. Everyone was partying and raving to loud music and we danced and sang to warm up for the race!

And we were off to a blue start! (because they threw blue powder at us at the starting line)

It was really fun hi-fiving runners running past and laughing with strangers!
The powder was actually flour so it wasn't toxic or anything (it just tasted weird when it got into my mouth).

After the race, we gathered for the after-party and famous colour throwing festival where everyone was given a pack of coloured flour to throw up in the air after a countdown!

It was such a great experience with the best company, music and atmosphere! I bumped into so many friends that I haven't met in a while too. After the party we went to wash up and head back to Vivo!

I recommend everyone to try color run at least once in their life! Although I was exhausted at the end of the day and I got a bit of a sore throat after but I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

Dressy ducks

the tee shirt is suuuuper soft seriously. the material is so nice and comfy and airy(??) and perfect for Singapore's burning weather and the unicorn so cutie!!

the holographic bag is super good quality okay i am shocked. it doesnt feel like those cheap cheap kind of material and I expected this to be like $100 or smth
but no it's for sale in her shop for only $34!!! (u.p $43! what a steal, right?)
and i cannot stress enough about how kind and funny and sweet the owner is! she's really super duper nice, one of the best blogshop owners ive ever come across!!
p.s if you're looking for new, cool, cheap phone covers, dressyducks is the place to go.

Sunday Funday

it's already sunday :((( back to school tomorrow -cries- BUT ON A BRIGHTER NOTE, I WON @DRESSYDUCK'S(on ig) GIVEAWAY TODAY!! :)))) i'm ecstatic!! i got to choose between the two bags+a pillow/tee-shirt (as seen in the picture)

OMG BEFORE I FORGET
today was my virgin llao llao experience, and if you don't know what that is, it's that super popular frozen yoghurt place at 313's basement and they have really cool spoons you dont understand i was too fascinated by them look look look

i had a sanum(crunch+3 fruits+sauce) but i bought an extra crunch topping HAHA so i had oreo, smarties, watermelon, rock melon and strawberry topped with chocorock sauce which tasted like nutella

  it. was. awesome. It's probably the best froyo i've ever had (even better than sogurt) like really i was shocked bc it was so nice and they're so generous with the portions!! a sanum is only $6.90 and the yoghurt is too tall srsly taller than zayn's hair (sorry) and its rly rly rly good!! recommend everyone to try it although i had to queue for like 15 minutes :( but nonetheless, it was worth it

its finally the weekend woohoo! (and also dear Augustine's birthday! if you're reading this, happy birthday darling!!) and as usual, i had tuition from 2-630...:( but it was better bc Jon Liew joined my tuition so i finally had a friend!! yay for jon liew :))))
anywho, just because i had tuition, who says i cant dress up and wear make-up, amirite ladies??? hahaha here's my outfit for today! I'm really sorry I can't pose well for pictures i tried really hard it was just so difficult and i kept laughing I AM NOT GOOD AT THIS but yes deal with it (special thanks to Jon for putting up with me and helping me take like a hundred pics albeit all of them were unsuccessful)

I don't normally put much make-up i guessss. the most i'd do is eyeliner, mascara and lipstick.

today i just decided to ditch the eyeliner and just put on mascara and lipstick.

Day 1 of blogging

Hello friends!!!!!!
Well I guess it's time I finally started properly blogging and posting and stuff, considering how I've tried multiple times and never seemed to be able to continue a blog for more than a few days before I got lazy (insert slow laughter here)
Anyways, I'll probably be blogging about my life and where i get my clothes from/what i wore today/etc (some of you reading this rn are probably like "oh great ANOTHER fashion blogger woohoo" but i promise I'll try and make it interesting)
(pls love me)yay so that's a brief introduction of what I'm going to do with this blog i guess!! Stay tuned(???)

in the mean time here's me when i was tiny ((fabulous since four))
